Peaky Blinders fans have been out in force on Merseyside as an inaugural tour of filming locations took place.
The minibus excursion visited famous shooting spots from the hit BBC drama including Powis Street in Toxteth and the Seacombe Ferry terminal.
Fans from as far afield as France travelled to Liverpool to enjoy the tour which also visited locations in Wirral and Tommy Shelby’s stately home in Cheshire.
Led by Peaky Blinders megafan and professional Blue Badge guide Julie Kershaw, the first expedition took place last Sunday (30 April), with some fans dressing up in period costume for the occasion.
Julie, who spent hundreds of hours researching filming locations for the tour, says it was a great success and is planning another one possibly in June.
Julie adds: “Luckily we had lovely weather and the customers were great company. Everyone has been saying how much they enjoyed it which makes the hard work worth it.
“We could have sold plenty of more tickets so I think we need to get a bigger bus for next time!”
Stars of the popular gangster drama were most recently spotted filming in Toxteth in March.
