Leading national home builder Countryside will sponsor the Judges’ Special Award at this year’s NWPAs.
The firm, which is behind a number of significant developments in the North West, joins a growing list of sponsors for the event which will celebrate achievements across the region’s residential and commercial property sectors.
Established almost 60 years ago, Countryside began its regional operation in the North West in 1996 and has continued to work throughout the region on a number of developments including the award-winning The Avenue at NGV Liverpool and Queen Mary Place in Walton.
The Judges’ Special Award will celebrate the scheme, project, organisation, business or individual who has commercially and visibly had the greatest impact on the property industry in the last 12 months.
Peter Vella, regional sales and marketing director at Countryside, says: “We’re very excited to be involved in this latest venture for Move Publishing’s prestigious, and highly anticipated, property awards.
“This reinvention of the annual ceremony will not only honour the hard working individuals within Merseyside’s property sector, but throughout the entire region as well.
“We’ve witnessed the event go from strength-to-strength over recent years and, as previous award winners and the official sponsor of this year’s Judges’ Special Award, we look forward to celebrating the achievements of all the finalists.”
Countryside will join Forth Homes, MSB Solicitors, Redrow Homes Lancashire and North West, Paul Crowley & Co, UK Business Supplies, PCS Law, The Foundry Agency and Yu Property Group in sponsoring this year’s ceremony.
