The Liverpool law firm, which provides residential conveyancing from its Anfield offices and commercial property services from its city centre office, is returning to offer its continued support of the awards ceremony.

Ahead of the 20 October event, Paul Crowley, senior partner at Paul Crowley & Co, says: “Having won the Best Property Law Firm award at last year’s ceremony for the fourth time, we are delighted to now be sponsoring the Best New Home award and to offer our continued support of the award’s ceremony.

“It’s so important that we celebrate the thriving property sector here in the North West, and continue to recognise the hard work of industry professionals.”

The Best New Home category will celebrate the region’s stand-out new home development which offers the best in design, specification and craftsmanship.

Derek Dawson, head of the commercial department, says: “PCS Law is delighted to be sponsoring Commercial Property Agent of the Year and to recognise those agents which go above and beyond for their clients.

“With close ties to commercial agents working across the North West this is an ideal category for us to sponsor and we cannot wait to celebrate the talent in the industry.”

The Commercial Property Agent of the Year award looks to recognise the region’s commercial agents which offer outstanding levels of service with a strong client focus.

This year’s ceremony will take place at Lutyens Crypt within Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral.
