Liverpool residents, businesses and stakeholders have been invited to have their say on plans for a new £21 million residential tower at Princes Dock.
Peel Land and Property and the Liverpool-based Regenda Group are holding a pubic consultation event to gauge feedback about the ‘Plaza 1821’ development later this week.
Sited in the Liverpool Waters regeneration zone, the complex would comprise 105 one and two-bedroom apartments managed by Regenda subsidiary Redwing Living as well as ground floor commercial space.
The public consultation will take place on Friday 10 February at the Liverpool Waters Marketing Suite, which is based on the fourth floor of No. 12 Princes Dock, between 11am and 6pm.
Neil Baumber, Peel Land and Property’s development director for residential, says: “Liverpool Waters is certainly one of the most dynamic regeneration projects in the city’s history and it’s now really starting to take shape. People in the city and beyond are really excited about what’s to come as we are at Peel.
“As part of our ‘Strategic Waters’ strategy we are committed to creating a vibrant, energised and distinctive new part of the city, a place where people want to work, play and live – that’s where Plaza 1821 comes in.
“People sit at the very heart of Liverpool Waters, hence why we’re encouraging everybody to come along to the public consultation event to see our plans and share their thoughts.”
